Taking care of your body
Enjoy your pregnancy more and prepare for childbirth
Pre-natal physiotherapy helps relieve pregnancy-related pain (back pain, sciatica, etc.) and improves posture and breathing. It also helps prepare for childbirth by strengthening the pelvic floor and teaching you how to relax it. The sessions are adapted to each woman according to her stage of pregnancy and her needs. Pre-natal physiotherapy allows you to experience your pregnancy with complete peace of mind.

Complete preparation for childbirth
Pre-natal physiotherapy is a gentle and natural method to help pregnant women prepare their body and mind for childbirth. The sessions, generally from the 7th month of pregnancy, offer complete and personalised preparation by covering topics such as the different positions and equipment for childbirth, pain management, breastfeeding, and common concerns during pregnancy. Learning breathing techniques, relaxation and massage of the belly, back or legs are also valuable tools to relieve tension and promote a childbirth experienced with complete peace of mind.
