History of endermologie

In 1986, the French engineer Louis-Paul Guitay created a non-invasive method, endermologie®, which works by motorised skin rolling to bring about progressive tissue repair. Initially used in therapy for drainage, scar treatment, muscle soreness and so on, as well as in sports medicine, endermologie® then extended its scope to aesthetics and well-being thanks to lipomassage.

Over the years, the machines have evolved to offer treatments of ever higher quality.

LPG SYSTEMS, the creator of endermologie®, has recently expanded its range of activity by offering a new approach to face and neck care thanks to new treatment heads.

LIFTMASSAGE reshapes the contours of the face, softens wrinkles and fine lines and firms the skin, while LIPOMASSAGE offers a solution for hard-to-treat areas such as the arms, thighs and buttocks. Both techniques use motorised heads to stimulate the subcutaneous tissues and muscles. The new treatment heads are more precise and allow even more spectacular results. The latest innovation is a new treatment head for performing lipomassage. The massage is no longer carried out by two rollers but by a roller and a flap working together on the tissue, which gave the new machine its name: the ALLIANCE.
