Speech therapy

Improving communication and quality of life

Speech therapy is a branch of healthcare that focuses on disorders of communication, language, voice and swallowing in children and adults. Speech therapists use a variety of techniques to assess and treat these disorders, helping patients improve their ability to communicate and interact with their environment. Speech therapists are qualified and registered healthcare professionals who work in collaboration with other professionals to provide quality care.

Who are they?

Our speech therapists

Our speech therapists are healthcare professionals who work with patients with conditions such as dyslexia, dysphasia, dyspraxia, dysarthria, selective mutism, autism, Alzheimer's disease and voice disorders.

Speech therapy is an interdisciplinary discipline that often involves close collaboration with other healthcare professionals, such as psychologists, speech and language specialists, neurologists and ENT doctors.
