As part of the company's expansion, the Guillemins district was chosen as the location for this office space.

We then moved to Place Saint-Lambert, which at the time offered good visibility as well as easy access.

This Mosan-style building, originally built by the family to house a petrol station, was later converted by Marc into a building of offices and flats.

For ease of service and access, Eric chose the Les Vennes district for the current offices, where we can work in green surroundings with easy parking.

Since its foundation in 1949 by Georges Penners, the BIV. Estate Agency has embodied a strong family tradition and a deep dedication to the property sector in Liège. This passion has been handed down from generation to generation, leading to our presence today, headed by Eric Penners, who has taken up the torch from his father Marc Penners, who practised the profession for 42 years.
