About SEYS
On the one hand, we want to offer families a new home in the hinterland. On the other, we have a wide range of second homes. SEYS grew out of these two pillars.
Families looking for a new home because the family is growing, a newly blended family, the wish to live bigger or smaller, closer to work or with a bigger garden, are welcome with us. We have a good overview of what is available and are happy to help you find the most suitable home.
We also want to offer our clients quality property by the sea (from De Panne to Ostend); for every client we commit to finding the ideal second home. We have extensive expertise in selling holiday apartments – the leisure segment, so to speak. Together we look for the seaside town that best matches the client’s wishes.
As a coastal agent we are truly at home in every seaside town: De Panne, Koksijde, Nieuwpoort, Middelkerke, Ostend, Bredene, De Haan, Blankenberge and Zeebrugge. Our team consists of experienced local agents who know their regions inside out. Every seaside town has its assets!
