Loan and insurance broker; our advisers are registered with the FSMA and certified by Febelfin Academy. Supervisors: FSMA (www.fsma.be) and FPS Economy (economie.fgov.be).

Insurance

The general terms and information sheets of our partner insurers (AG Insurance, AXA Belgium, Baloise, Athora, Cardif, DAS…) are available on request.

We process your personal data (identity, contact details, financial information and, where needed for insurance, certain health data) only to review and follow up your loan or insurance request, in line with the GDPR. It is only shared with the banks and insurers involved in your file, or with authorities where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@crefinance.be. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
