Les Hauts de Samme phase 1

Located in Ittre, the new project "Les Hauts de Samme" is set in a green and peaceful environment, close to the town center and its shops such as Deli Traiteur, restaurants, a butcher, a renowned bakery, and the Théâtre de la Valette.

Phase 1 offers 16 low-energy new houses (QZen certified), featuring 3 to 4 bedrooms and an attic that can be converted. The surface areas range from 152 m² to 225 m², and each house includes a terrace space and a private garden.

Each house is also equipped with a 7,500-liter rainwater recovery tank. Depending on the model, some houses include a garage, and for those without one, a carport can be added as an option.
